For this, you will need to (a) Register your company’s domain name with InterNIC and (b) Need the services of a web hosting provider. E-Mail Forwarding: Lexicon Mail supports email forwarding. For example, if John wants all his mails to be forwarded to Joe, John can setup email forwarding where all mails sent to John will automatically be forwarded to Joe. Also, if John is traveling and he wants all his mails to be forwarded to his hotmail (or any other web based) email account, he can do this in minutes.

Autoresponders: Autoresponders are automated responses sent by Lexicon Mail to the sender of an email message. Let us assume that you have an email account by the name enquiry@yourcompany.com / sales@yourcompany.com / services@yourcompany.com or products@yourcompany.com. Whenever someone sends an email to these addresses, you would like to send some standard information back to the sender giving information about your company’s products and services. With Lexicon Mail, you can setup autoresponders. Whenever a mail is received at these addresses, Lexicon Mail will automatically send the pre-defined reply. This is a great way of making your customers feel that they get responses immediately.

Works with Windows 9x or Windows NT: Lexicon Mail runs with any standard Windows machine. It has low system requirements and does not require a dedicated server as in other email server software.
